Anxiety can rob you of your peace, and stop you being present and in the moment. Feeling anxious all the time makes life overwhelming and frightening. It can feel as though you are either looking back or looking too far ahead, with an overwhelming sense of dread and uneasiness leaving you unable to think straight. People may try to reassure you or tell you not to worry, but that does not help. Often, we try to keep our feelings repressed which can be really unhelpful, they always find a way to manifest and escape through the body.

Counselling can give you the space to explore what is behind your anxiety by looking at the conflicts in your mind and what you may be repressing.
