How I work

I offer an initial assessment which lasts for 1 hour 15 mins. This assessment gives us both the chance to see if I am the right person to help. It also gives me the chance to gain some history and to get a better understanding of what brings you to counselling. If we are a good fit, we can arrange a time and day that suits you, and we would see each other once a week for 50 mins, same time, same day. I work on an open-ended basis and I also offer a short-term basis to suit your needs.
